I had to reach out to customer support a few times due to customs issues in my country, and they responded patiently every single time. The product itself is absolutely amazing! Every creator should have one—it’s not just a case, it’s a piece of inspiration you carry with you.

I knew Blackberry had left the building, well mine was still working but already on its second battery and I felt a bit like betraying it, searching on it for alternatives. One day I found about Clicks and I asked if there's a german language layout available - when it was I was already on my third battery and while it was on its way to me, when my poor Blackberry lost its "P" Button. What can I say? The Clicks keyboard has a high quality, it works well and people look at my mobile with amazement. It's still quite a secret in Germany, but I like to spread the word because still I want a german layout keyboard when I need my next mobile - though hopefully not too soon. I use my mobile to type longer texts, some of them get published. Clicks is the future of writing, it still feels like in that Kraftwerk song "I'm the operator with my pocket calculator".

First and foremost, you can tell this company cares about its clients. I had a couple of issues (one of which was user error!) and I got contacted by several people within their company offering help and information, beyond what comes with the packaging. That to me speaks volumes and gives me peace of mind when buying. As for the keyboard. Fit's my IPhone 16 perfectly, and worked right out of the box. The click app gives you control around several major functions and is clear and easy to work with. Make sure you leave it on in the background, and the app will let you know to do that as well. Looks wise, I have had several people ask me about it wondering what phone looked like that. Once I explained the keyboard was a separate component the next question is always "how do you like it?". My answer is always the same. Game changer for me with regards to accuracy of typing. My fingers are just not small enough so I kept doing typos, usually many characters later would I discover the mistake and have to scroll back to fix. That has gone away. I can type accurately and with a couple months use, quite quickly. Yes, you have to get used to the keyboard being lower, but for speed and accuracy, it's worth it. The keyboard is easy to work with and feels right, compared to an onscreen keyboard. The added phone screen is also nice, since the normal IPhone keyboard is not on screen. The case that wraps your phone is thick enough to do the job, and it in no way affects the phone battery that I can see. I use the backlighting every time and I type quite a bit throughout the day. The case/keyboard is tough, but not heavy, and I have yet to drop it so it is comfortable to use and interface with. Overall, extremely happy with the Clicks keyboard and would recommend it to anyone wanting a better keyboard. And lastly, the support will be there! Can't stress that enough.

もともとBB KEY2を使っていたのですが、さすがにもう厳しくなってきたので、Clicksに乗り換えました。使用感の違いが気になるかなと思っていましたが、もうすっかり慣れてしまいました。 サイズも最初からこういうアイテムだ…と思えば気になりません。

This is the best rendition of what a physical keyboard should be in 2025. Clicks is a category first product and I am surprised about how they launched something like this. This keys are just rightly spaced, though I wish I could have the bigger keys, layout and slanted feel on the new iPhone 16 series. Nevertheless, this is an awesome product and a genius work of art.
