I’ve had nothing but amazing times using this case! The best part about all of this is that not only did I get to have a bit of nostalgia(buy a bit I mean a TON) but I also had the best experiences with the customer service aspect! My first case when I bought, it did have a bit of a sticky space key, but I was sent a replacement and had it within two weeks! Three months later? I ended up having an issue with the device having a data flow issue and all it took was one email to customer service and they had me a new one out in perfect condition! The best part about every bit of this is that they prove every product lives up to the pedestal they placed them on because I see it and use it every day. I have so much nostalgia for my old BlackBerry Classic, so I didn't hesitate to pick up a Clicks Keyboard for my 16 Pro Max. And it didn't disappoint! The key feel is the best I've had on any mobile hardware keyboard, the backlight is very bright and consistent, and the customizability is great as well! My only gripes are that it gets really tall and a little top heavy on my Pro Max. But still highly recommended if you type a lot! :D
Having a keyboard again to maximize the screen is absolutely essential. Felt programmed for years to think otherwise. Couldn't be more grateful for this to be in my hands.
It’s elegant, it works fantastically well. Simply a must have item for any phone.
Great overall experience. Relearning how to type on a physical keyboard took a week, but really enjoying the experience now. Be prepared to be asked about your Clicks every time you use it in public. People are fascinated with it and will ask you if that's a computer.
I've missed a physical keyboard since 2014, I am so glad to have one back.
